Looking for something to do this summer? The Library has fun things going on for tweens and teens. We have Teen Nights every Tuesday from 5:00 to 6:30 PM. It’s a casual drop-in, so teens can come by to hang out, create something colorful, or just take a break. Teens are welcome to join us for our End of Summer Party on Tuesday, August 19. We will have crafts, activities, and games to celebrate the end of the summer!
Our Summer Reading Program is also in full swing. Turn in a weekly reading log or a bingo for small prizes and a chance to win bigger prizes. This year’s prizes for teens include a Pizza Vita gift card, a Gravity Vault session, a 3D printed Nintendo Switch stand, and more.
Have you seen our book boxes for teens? Each book box comes with one hand picked adventure themed library book and some extras. Teens can keep the box and all of the extras inside; all they have to do is return the library book once they finish reading it. Stop by the Ask Us desk or visit the Teen Section on the mezzanine to check one out with your library card today.
