Summit Survey of Historic Resources

The Summit Survey of Historic Resources is a database for city planning and legislation, including photographs and descriptions of approximately 3000 locations. It identifies buildings, structures, and districts that are significant to Summit and/or United States history, culture, and architecture.

The Summit Survey of Historic Resources is part of the NJ Historic Sites inventory, which is consulted for statewide planning, environmental reviews, and determination of site eligibility for the NJ Register of Historic Places and the National Register of Historic Places.
