Adult Services Highlight — July 2025

Did you know we can help you choose your next favorite book, face-to-face or online? In addition to our Novelist database, we offer “Browse Our Shelves,” which lists titles by genre. You can also email reference@summitlibrary.org for personalized suggestions or just stop by the desk to talk books!

We offer books in multiple formats: physical books and audiobooks, plus e-books and e-audiobooks via Libby. Libby also provides access to hundreds of popular magazines, supplementing our in-library collection. Movies are available too! Attend our “Monday at the Movies” program, borrow DVDs and Blu-rays, or stream from home using Kanopy.

Many of our adult programs are offered both in person and on Zoom. You can register for either format. Some events are online only (by performer request), but others, like our Explore Your World series, work well both ways.

Trivia Night is a great example of flexible programming. Usually held on Zoom, this month we’re hosting it in person on Thursday, July 10 at 7pm. This allows for prizes, in-person fun, and community celebration of our Summer Reading theme: Color Our World. Come join us!
