From the Director -- May 2018

The Friends of the Library have added a wonderful new museum pass to the successful museum pass program. We now have available a pass to the New York Historical Society Museum and Library located at 170 Central Park West, New York, NY. Founded in 1804, the NY Historical Society is New York City's oldest museum whose mission it is to engage visitors in American History. There are collections and programs for all with the Gallery of Tiffany Lamps, the Center for Women's History, the Hall of American silver, the Children's History Museum and more. The pass admits two adults and all children under the age of 18. You may reserve the pass through our website at http://www.summitlibrary.org/our-services/museum-passes.

Springtime is the perfect time to check out some of our other museum passes including the Grounds for Sculpture, the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum, the Battleship NJ, the Morris Museum, the Princeton University Art Museum or the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. All passes are made possible by the generosity of the Friends of the Summit Free Public Library. Support the Friends of the Library by joining today at https://summitfriendsofthelibrary.wildapricot.org/join-us or by picking up an application at the library.
