RIP Anne Rice

Anne Rice, a well known American writer, died from complications of a stroke on December 11, 2021, at age 80.

She was best known for her series of gothic novels “The Vampire Chronicles.”  Her bestseller “Interview with the Vampire” became a hit movie starring Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt.  But Anne Rice was not a one-subject novelist. She also wrote steamy erotic novels under the name Anne Rampling. In one of her interviews, she said that “She wanted to be loved and never forgotten.”
